The Serodem group has 45 years’ experience in the field of precision engineering. Based in Normandy, we work in different activities such as aeronautics, automotive and yachting, as well as fibre optics, nuclear, food processing, medical sector and printing. Our primary ambition is to deliver quality products to satisfy our customers’ expectations, compliant with scheduled deadlines.
Our business covers the machining of mechanical parts of all sizes and the creation of small and medium-run prototypes. Our experience allows us to process complex precision machining, even on difficult-to-machine materials.
Our technicians are experts in turning and milling. They receive regular training to be at the cutting-edge of technology. We have high-performance machines to satisfy all of your requirements.
Serodem performs very precise grinding work (precision within 0.001mm) in flat grinding, cylindrical grinding and coordinate grinding, depending on your needs.
Electrical discharge machining is also one of our specialities. We offer different techniques, depending on the required final result: Electrical discharge machining by sinking, wire electrical discharge or rapid electrical discharge drilling.
We design high-precision, innovative and high-performance cutting units (or slotting units) which improve your competitiveness and your productivity.
Serodem expertly designs and manufactures die makers, with the expertise of its design offices supported by a serious partnership with thermal treatment specialists, steel makers, welders, etc. We can design and manufacture special turnkey machines, covering all stages, from modelling to on-site installation.
